Aria's Featured Yoga Instructor and Student of the Month

Featured Vail Yoga Instructor: Tracy Long

Tracy has lived, played and worked in the valley for the past ten years. She loves living a simple and healthy life which she shares with her husband Thom, their 2 dogs, a cat and recently chickens! Her guiding principle this year has been "know what you love, go there..." This quote inspires Tracy to be a passionate and dedicated yoga teacher and to live a more fulfilling life. If Tracy is not teahing or taking a yoga class, you might find her training with her primary teacher Shannon Paige in Boulder, taking painting at CMC, blending green smoothies, or out hiking or snowshoeing with her dogs.

Featured Vail Yoga Student: Meg Ogden

Meg first tried yoga here at the Aria about 3 years agao with a beloved teacher, Charry Morris. Meg quickly realized that while she loves to play tennis, her body needs the stretching that she experiences in the morning classes. And, as a busy and active mother of two: Henry and George, Meg finds that yoga helps clear her mind and helps her feel like life is a lot less chaotic. It is no surprise then, that Meg's favorite poses are child's pose, which is grounding, and helps us let go of distractions, and svasana, which is nurturing and restorative. Meg's practice reminds us that we can get what we need on our yoga mats to live better lives off of the mat in the flow of our lives. Thanks, Meg!

Thank you all for making our yoga program a succes.  We hope to see you soon for the best yoga in Vail.
