Located in an all-seasons yurt adjacent to the Eagles Nest gondola atop Vail Mountain, the Nature Discovery Center has provided guests with meaningful access to the wonders of the natural world since opening its doors in 2000.

The free one hour snowshoe tour departs daily at 2pm at the Nature Discovery Center and is free for guests ages 10 and up. Please come prepared to spend a hour outside in the winter environment with snow pants, warm hats, gloves, and sturdy boots.
