    Most of us experience tightness in the hips from sitting or standing for long periods of time at work, and from regular or high levels of exertion in our recreational activities. Our hips bear the brunt of this and in turn become tense and tight. We also tend to inadvertently hold mental and emotional stress in the hips, which increases the stiffness...lucky us!  In this rejuvenating workshop series we will explore the hip joint in various poses, and discover how a mindful approach can enhance and deepen our physical yoga practice, and our understanding of the hip joint. Each "love your hips" offering will create shifts in the subtle energetic body as well, leaving you feeling relaxed, connected and renewed. All levels are welcome.
